Shipping
We ship across Pakistan.
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad — 1–2 working days
- Rest of Pakistan — 2–4 working days
Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day. You’ll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
We don’t ship internationally yet.
Payment
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. A PKR 100 COD handling fee applies to orders below PKR 2,500.
Exchanges
Every order includes one free size exchange. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Returns
You can return an unworn, unwashed item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less the return courier fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the item.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll replace it or refund you in full — return postage on us.
