What size should I order for my child?
Our sizes run by age. See the size guide, or send us your child’s age, height and chest measurement on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you exactly which size to pick.
How does the drop-shoulder fit?
The shoulder seam sits past the natural shoulder for a relaxed, oversized-inspired look. It’s already roomy, so there’s no need to size up unless you want extra length.
What’s the difference between the basic tee and the drop shoulder?
The basic tee is a neat, streamlined cut that sits close to the body. The drop shoulder is deliberately loose and oversized. Same cotton, different shape.
Do you make smaller sizes?
Our basic t-shirts come in 2–3 and 3–4 years as well. Everything else starts at 5–6 years.
Will it shrink?
Wash cold and you won’t see noticeable shrinkage.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
1–2 working days in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. 2–4 working days elsewhere in Pakistan.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we’re focused on Pakistan for now.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, available across Pakistan. There’s a PKR 100 COD handling fee on orders below PKR 2,500.
Where is my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by WhatsApp and email when your order ships. If it’s been more than 3 days since you ordered, please message us.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange if the size is wrong?
Yes — every order includes one free exchange. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
Can I return for a refund?
Yes, unworn and unwashed, within 14 days. Full refund less the return courier fee.
What if the item has a defect?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp. We’ll replace it or refund you — no questions, and return postage is on us.

What are your clothes made of?
100% cotton — every piece, across every range.
How do I care for them?
- Machine or hand wash up to 30°C / 86°F
- Gentle cycle, with similar colours
- Do not bleach
- Dry in the shade, not in direct sunlight
- Do not tumble dry on high heat
- Warm iron, but not directly on the printed logo
Is the logo printed or embroidered?
The wolf on the chest and the Kiddy Kloset label at the neck are both printed — soft against the skin, with no scratchy sewn-in tag.
Do you do bulk or school orders?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp for bulk enquiries of 50 pieces or more.
